ame_dev ("we") sets out below how personal information and user data are handled on the website and in the applications we provide (the "Services").

1. About this website

This website consists of static pages and uses no cookies or analytics tools that could identify visitors. If you contact us by email, the content of your message and your contact details are used solely to reply and respond to your inquiry.

2. About the Drive DAM app

Drive DAM runs entirely on your PC. We do not collect your images, files, tags, notes, or any other data through Drive DAM, nor do we transmit them to external servers.

  • Your image files remain in the shared folders you designate and are never sent to us.
  • Tags, colors, favorites, notes, and similar information are stored in the same folder as your images (_dam/) and are shared only within your team.
  • Synchronization with storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box is performed by the service you have installed, and the privacy policy of that service applies.

Additionally, Drive DAM performs the following internal operations.

  • To identify edit history, an internal identifier is automatically generated per device. This identifier is not sent to us; it is used solely within the shared folder to distinguish who made which edits.
  • If Drive DAM was obtained from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store license API is used to check trial expiration and process purchases. Information accessed through this API is managed by Microsoft's account infrastructure and is not transmitted to us.
  • Settings and thumbnail caches are stored on your PC (under %APPDATA% and %LOCALAPPDATA%).

3. About the Tsumist app

Tsumist runs entirely on your PC. We do not collect your tasks, notes, or any other data through Tsumist, nor do we transmit them to external servers. No account registration is required to use the app.

  • Tasks, categories, history, settings, and similar data are stored only on your PC (under %LOCALAPPDATA%).
  • Images you set as a board background are likewise stored on your PC and are never sent to us.
  • The app does not require an internet connection to use its features.

Additionally, Tsumist performs the following internal operations.

  • If Tsumist was obtained from the Microsoft Store, the Microsoft Store license API is used to check the purchase status of the add-on and to process purchases. Information accessed through this API is managed by Microsoft's account infrastructure and is not transmitted to us.
  • If you use the paid edition purchased on BOOTH, that information is recorded only on your PC.

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

This policy may be revised as needed. Any changes take effect once posted on this page.
